FRANK RAYMOND

Frank obtained his BA, LLB, and LLM degrees from Stellenbosch University and specialises in litigation. He was admitted as an attorney in 1990 and worked for the Department of Justice as a prosecutor and state attorney for 13 years, during which he gained experience in both High Court and Magistrates’ Court litigation.

Robert obtained his BA, LLB, and LLM degrees from Stellenbosch University and was admitted as an attorney in 1994. He is an accredited arbitrator as well as an accredited international commercial mediator. Robert served as state attorney for the Department of Justice and has more than four years of constitutional litigation experience. While working as a state attorney, he completed his master’s degree in constitutional law.

Diane received her BA degree in 2008 and her LLB degree in 2010, both from Stellenbosch University. She was admitted as an attorney in 2012, after which she was admitted as a conveyancer in 2014 and as a notary in 2016. In 2018, she joined Raymond McCreath Inc. as an associate in the conveyancing department. As a qualified conveyancer, she assists with the settlement and title transfer process for immovable properties. This involves liaising with the stakeholders involved and assuming responsibility for the collection and payment of all amounts due. Diane ensures that all parties meet all the legal requirements and that our clients’ rights are protected during this transaction.

Monje is an accomplished and driven attorney originating from Johannesburg. She graduated with an LLB degree from UNISA in 2019. Her legal journey began in the picturesque Western Cape, where she joined Raymond McCreath in 2020. She was proudly admitted as an attorney in 2022, followed by her admission as conveyancer in 2023. With a commitment to legal excellence, Monje has honed her skills across diverse legal realms, including contracts, estates, and all things property. Infusing the practice with a fresh perspective, Monje is committed to serving her clients with transparency and dedication.
